Mrs. Ragsdale’s class is thankful for Weston’s uncle, Mr. Kody Franks, for coming to read to us for “Lucky Days.” He even brought the class snacks, which was definitely a hit!
Mrs. Bush's third grade class enjoyed three special visitors today for Lucky Days! These students are lucky to have these men in their lives come and visit with their class.

Ms. Blake and Ms. Chastity’s class had a fun morning with Zaylon’s grandad, Mr.Hamilton learning about watermelons! We also met Walt’s dad, Mr. Sherrer and learned all about his job as a fireman!
Marion Hodge (Kemarion Dawson) came to read to us a book and tell us about his job, working on the buses at the bus shop. He gave us good safety tips.(Blanchard and Gill)
On Monday Mr. Eric Hooper( Caroline Hooper's dad) joined Mrs. Marina's class to tell them about his life in the military. We thank him for his great service to our Country! They also got to enjoy Mr. Blake Blanchard read The Little old Lady Who Swallowed A Turkey!
We enjoyed our visitors today in Ms. Blake and Ms. Chastity's class! We welcomed Dallis's and Emma's dad to tell us about their job. We appreciate Mr. Clark and Mr. Dickerson for their important jobs and for sharing with us.

Mrs. Amy Bailey's first graders had a very special visitor. Harmony's uncle is in the Army and is home visiting family. He was able to surprise Harmony today in class as well as talk to the students about the Army. We also discussed that Harmony's uncle and others like him are the reason we celebrate Veterans Day.
Jaacei Hicks' great uncle came and shared his collection of coins with Mrs. Amy Bailey's 1st grade class for Lucky Days.

First grader Jaacei Hicks found a wallet in her classroom this week and turned it in. Because of her action, the wallet made its way back to the owner! Thank you Jaacei for acting in kindness and being honest which is our November Character Word. #kindness
